I’ve been a long time fan of Olssons sea salt since bumping into Alexandra Olsson and the team at various food festivals around Australia over the last 10-15 years while working in food marketing. Soon after we started producing pepper berries from our own trees, i started mixing it with sea salt and it’s become an iconic duo in our home kitchen ever since. So much so that when friends and family visit they go and grab the two to put on the dining table if i haven’t already - Abby.
